How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Tennesseeenforcement Septic to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Tennesseeenforcement Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you said and what they said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Tennesseeenforcement Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@tennesseeenforcement.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include talking to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
